• Faster than Vista
• The ability to have the wallpaper change at a regular interval
• A couple of the new gesture for controlling windows
• MS decided to leave live gallery and such in the default install
• Live gallery and IE are uninstallable
• Libraries

Didn’t Like:

• Taskbar can fell clumsy as one tries to open a minimized program
• Harder to tell what is running and what isn’t
• Start menu breaks if more than 71 items are on the “All Programs” menu
